With nearly a decade of experience in fashion, lifestyle, and product photography, we started The House of Amaretto because we noticed a gap. Many brands were missing strategic, high-quality, intentional campaigns that truly reflect their identity. Passionate about branding and creative storytelling, we built a team that delivers artistry with real results.
Together, we bring two creative perspectives with one united purpose. We craft visuals that don’t just look good. They connect, resonate, and drive lasting impact.

Based between the Gold Coast, Australia, and Bali, Indonesia, we produce polished, editorial-style visuals with full production support, including model and location scouting, strategic creative direction, and campaign planning. We also love Bali and its street dogs. That’s why we created the “Lucky Fund”, where a portion of every booking goes directly to feeding, providing medical care, and sheltering dogs in need. Every project you book with us makes a real difference.

Originally from Sydney and now based on the Gold Coast, Kristina is the heart and soul behind our creative direction.
With years of experience working with a leading Sydney brand on their in-house product photography, Kristina’s sharp attention to detail is the cornerstone of our creative process. Her ability to tell stories through visuals ensures every project we take on is more than just a shoot. It’s a purposeful expression of your brand’s identity.
On the day of the shoot, Kristina is hands-on, making sure everything runs smoothly. From fine-tuning the smallest details to managing the overall flow, she ensures each aspect reflects your brand’s vision. Her commitment to high-quality, intentional imagery guarantees a seamless experience from start to finish.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure we have the best availability for both models and locations.
However, if you have a specific date in mind, feel free to reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Yes we require a 20% deposit and a signed agreement before we begin any work.
The remaining balance is due before final delivery. This ensures your date is reserved and allows us to begin pre-production planning. No work will begin until deposit is made and contract has been signed.

Once the date is confirmed and the 20% deposit invoice is paid, we’ll schedule a quick Zoom call to chat through the type of model you're after.
We’ll then check availability across both freelance and agency options to find the right fit for your shoot. If you'd prefer us to take care of everything from booking the model to securing the location we can absolutely do that.
It keeps things simple and stress-free on your end, and we’ll just include a small admin fee for the extra coordination on your final invoice.

To secure your shoot date, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit upfront.
The remaining 80% balance will be invoiced and is due within 7 days of the shoot.
(Any overseas shoots need to be paid in full before we leave)
Please note that your shoot or service will not be confirmed, and your spot will not be held until we have received the 20% deposit.

Our package deliverables are flexible and can be adjusted based on your specific needs.
We can tailor the scope of the shoot to better align with your vision, whether that involves adding or modifying the number of images, styling elements, or other details.

The client is responsible for all travel costs outside a 40-minute drive from there base.
If the shoot requires flights, boat transfers, or overnight stays, the client is responsible for covering travel and accommodation for both the model and The House of Amaretto team for the duration of the job.

Yes, absolutely.
We work with brands all over the world who send us their products it’s actually super common.
Once your items arrive, we handle everything: creative direction, shooting, editing, and final delivery.

Our standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from the shoot date, but this can vary depending on our schedule.
If you’re working with a deadline, just let us know we’ll always do our best to make it work and will advise you on timelines before we lock anything in.

Yes! We love working closely with brands. You can share your vision, inspo images, or just a vibe, and we’ll translate that into a strong visual concept.
If you'd prefer to hand it all over to us, we’re great at running with creative freedom too.

You can ship your products to us, and we’ll handle everything from here.
We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process so it feels seamless no matter where you are.

We work with a wide network of professional models and can help with scouting, but models are not included in our base pricing. We’re happy to connect you with talent based on your brand aesthetic and budget.

Yes! We’re happy to scout the perfect spot whether it’s a dreamy villa, a hidden beach, or a styled studio. Just keep in mind that any location fees or permits are the client’s responsibility.

We understand that plans can shift. Deposits are non-refundable, but we’re happy to reschedule if given at least 7 days' notice, depending on availability. Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice may incur additional charges.

We strongly recommend sending your products via express post with tracking. If your items don’t arrive in time, we may need to reschedule, and additional fees could apply. Please factor in extra time for shipping, especially during busy seasons.

Once confirmed, any major changes (like models, locations, or themes) may impact the shoot and timeline. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes may incur a fee depending on the scope and notice given.

If we’re organizing talent, we always have reliable backup options. If you're providing the model, you're responsible for ensuring their punctuality and suitability. No-shows or late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time and still incur full fees.

You’re welcome to attend the shoot if it helps your creative direction—but please avoid bringing anyone not involved in the shoot (e.g. friends, partners) as it can impact the flow and focus of the team.

Sometimes! If we have availability, we’re happy to jump in.
Rush fees may apply for fast turnaround or weekend/holiday bookings.

Every brand we work with gets a dedicated session, location, and setup tailored to their product and vision. We don’t “add on” products to other shoots it’s all about intentionality and making your brand shine.

We’re happy to, but this would be treated as a full-day shoot with an adjusted rate.
Please mention this when booking so we can plan accordingly.

We don’t provide raw files, as editing is a key part of our signature style and final delivery.

Our packages cover standard online usage. If you're planning to use the content for paid ads, large-scale print, or third-party licensing, just let us know so we can provide the appropriate rights.

While not mandatory, we absolutely appreciate being credited! It helps other brands find us, and we always love resharing your posts too.

All packages are priced as one continuous shoot unless otherwise agreed.
If you need to break things up over multiple days or locations, we’ll create a custom quote to reflect that.

We can return products if pre-paid return shipping is arranged by you.
Otherwise, we store items for a short time post-shoot before donating or recycling if no arrangements are made.

Delays or lost parcels are out of our hands.
Please use tracked shipping and allow enough time before your shoot date. If your product doesn’t arrive, rescheduling fees may apply.

We include one pre-shoot planning session to lock in creative, logistics, and key details.
If you’d like ongoing calls or creative consulting beyond that, we can build a package to suit!

We don’t provide raw Handycam or video files by default, as our content is carefully curated and delivered with intention. If you'd like access to raw footage to create your own edits, this can be added for an additional fee just let us know when booking so we can include it in your quote.

We’re available Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Fridays from 9:00am to 2:00pm (Bali time – WITA).
We take weekends off to reset unless we’re shooting so DMs and emails will be replied to during business hours only, unless it’s something truly urgent.Taking this time allows us to stay refreshed, creatively sharp, and fully present for every client we work with.

If you've been gifted items from another brand and want to include them in your campaign shoot, please let us know before the shoot day. We only style and shoot what’s been approved in the final shot list to keep everything aligned with your brand’s creative direction.
If another brand’s product is included and they plan to use the images even just for social media or reposting they will be invoiced immediately for usage rights. Any third-party use without prior approval will be considered a breach, and full usage fees will apply.

We’re here Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm, but Fridays we like to clock off at until 2pm (Bali time).
We usually take weekends off to rest, relax, and get inspired unless we’re out shooting some magic!
